Sectors We Serve

Our Work

Practical solutions that improve lives — across Health, Education and Agriculture.

Health
 Health

Health

Strengthening health systems to improve lives.

Health is one of the strongest foundations of sustainable development. Yet across many contexts, health systems remain under pressure — inequitable access, workforce constraints, financing gaps, fragmented data systems and barriers to care continue to limit the quality and reach of services.

We work with governments, donors, institutions and communities to strengthen the systems that deliver health — helping partners generate evidence, understand constraints, design practical solutions, improve implementation, and build accountability for better outcomes.

Education
 Education

Education

Building the human capital required for sustainable development.

By 2050, one in every three young people globally will be African — one of the greatest development opportunities of the century. But that opportunity depends on access to knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunity.

We believe education systems must become more adaptive, evidence-informed and responsive to real needs. We help partners diagnose challenges, generate evidence, design practical interventions, strengthen monitoring and accountability, and improve delivery — expanding equitable learning opportunities.

Agriculture
 Agriculture

Agriculture

Where livelihoods, food security and resilience meet.

Agriculture shapes how people earn, how households absorb shocks, and how economies grow. We see agriculture as a system that must work better for people — so our focus goes beyond production to the data, decisions and delivery choices that determine whether programs actually improve outcomes.

We use research, M&E, data systems and analytics to understand what is working, then support the design and implementation of practical solutions that strengthen agricultural systems and deliver measurable results.

How We Work

Our Approach

Data-Driven

We use reliable data, evidence and insight to inform decisions, improve performance and guide resource allocation.

Human-Centered

We design solutions around the realities, needs and behaviours of the people and systems they are intended to serve.

Systems-Focused

We strengthen governance, accountability, workforce performance and institutional capacity to sustain results.

Results-Oriented

We support implementation, monitoring, verification and delivery so strategies move from plans to measurable outcomes.

Zamfara Home-Grown School Feeding Programme

Designed to increase school attendance by providing free school meals as an incentive for enrolment and retention. As the monitoring, evaluation and learning partner, FINOM reviewed the M&E framework, developed implementation tools, supported stakeholder engagement, and conducted independent assessments — improving implementation quality, accountability and evidence for decision-making.
